You agree to:
Provide accurate information and lawful data for processing.
Ensure all contacts shared with Agilux have valid consent.
Maintain necessary access to CRMs, calendars, and communication tools for integrations.
Failure to meet these conditions may delay or limit results and void performance guarantees.
Both parties agree to keep all non-public business and technical information confidential and use it only for purposes directly related to project delivery.
Agilux handles all data in accordance with the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and any applicable regional regulations.
Data processing agreements (DPAs) are available upon request and govern how personal data is stored, processed, and deleted.
Agilux Innovations Ltd shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
Service interruptions or delays caused by third-party systems or APIs.
Misuse of provided materials, scripts, or automations by the client.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice according to the notice period defined in the contract.
Agilux reserves the right to suspend access to services in case of non-payment or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
